What Is BARTER
Virtually all business owners use barter. Direct barter, however, has it’s limitations. One side of the transaction usually gets short changed. Tradebank replaces direct barter with a platform that allows business owners to barter within a network for exactly what they need. This conserves cash within the business, which can be used more effectively elsewhere. Bartering simply leverages your under utilized inventory, time (labor), space or excess product into a usable asset.
Tradebank members are simply agreeing to accept an additional form of currency for payment. Members are free to purchase any product or service within the Tradebank network—they do not have to accept each other’s merchandise directly.
